I just don't understand..
Plagued : to cause continual discomfort, suffering, or trouble to someone.Perpetual : continuing all the time without stopping, especially in a way that is worrying.
This is how the 2 ‘P’ words are affecting me : Why do I seem to be plagued by a perpetual heaviness? I just don’t get it. Somehow, I can’t really attribute it to the cyclical melancholic syndrome anymore. Won’t someone just enlighten me what exactly is the problem?
Have you ever thought that you cast all your burdens unto God, only to realize that they are still heavy on your shoulders? Have you ever said to ‘let go’, only to realize that you haven’t really done so?
When my heart grows weary, my eyes grow faint, and my hope becomes dim, grant me strength and grace to lift my eyes to the hills, for there my help comes from.

worse still, have you ever cast all your crowns at the feet of Jesus, only to go back to the altar moments later to take them back?
Yupz. So it's familiar to all of us eh? Thats' why we are called living sacrifices. We sacrifice ourselves on the altar. The only problem is that since we are living, we often crawl away. May we be DAILY living sacrifices. =)
I'm guessing that heaviness still exists because stress exists.
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
Remember the eagle yeah?! When it sees a storm coming from a distance, it will purposely charge towards the storm. This is what God calls us to do! When faced with a difficult task of seemingly oversized proportions, we are told not to run away from it but to charge towards it in the name of our lord Jesus Christ.
And in our fears and weakness God carries you on his sholders :)
